My QSL policy is as follows:

I do NOT use the bureau, if you REALLY need a paper card, THE ONLY WAY is to send your paper QSL card to my home address (see on QRZ.com)

You MUST INCLUDE a selfaddressed return envelope and 2 USD for return postage!

If any of the above is missing, I will return my card via the bureau...

Our local post office DOES NOT ACCEPT IRC's so please do not send them to me!

A much preferred method is DIGITAL CONFIRMATION. I use ONLY eQSL and LOTW, so confirming your QSO any other way is a waste of time and will get you no confirmation from my end...!

I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO FOLLOW AND RESPECT THE ABOVE POLICY...!

Just imagine how many trees can be saved if all operators would stop using paper cards. Also the CO2 and energy to produce and send the cards all over the world would really make a difference to the environment and climate change...!

I can hear you think...! Indeed, airplanes use a lot more energy and produce a lot of CO2, yes that is very true. I hope that in the not too far future, we have alternative ways of propelling aircraft from A to B that are more environment friendly and better for our planet...

We just have to go step by step, why not start today? Let's all stop with the papercards and do something for our planet!

Let's face it:

HOW MANY TIMES DO YOU LOOK AT YOUR PAPER QSL COLLECTION?

I personally look at a card when I get it, and then it ends up in an old shoebox, where it will only collect dust and get in the way when I have to get in the attic...!
